TRANSPORT

The same driver, the same route, every time.

Getting from A to B sounds simple until the person behind the wheel is a stranger. One who doesn’t know the seat you prefer, the route that keeps you calm, or the difference between a quiet day and a chatty one.

With us, transport isn’t just a car that turns up. It’s one of the same workers who already supports you, helping the trip feel familiar, predictable and comfortable.

Why a familiar driver changes the trip.

A worker who knows you reads the trip before it becomes difficult. They take the route without roadworks because the noise unsettles you. They know when to fill the silence and when to leave it.

They know that arriving ten minutes early to sit in the car park matters more than arriving exactly on time. None of that is in a roster note – it’s in the relationship.

Built around you, kept predictable.

We match the driver, not just the car

Chosen for personality fit first –  usually a worker already supporting you.

We introduce people properly

A new driver starts alongside someone you already know – never unannounced.

We keep it predictable

Same worker, same day, same approach. A routine you can rely on.

We notice and adjust

A route that’s stopped suiting you, a harder time of day — we change it early.

Understanding NDIS transport funding.

As a general guide, the NDIS sets three broad levels of transport funding based on your situation.

Level 1

For participants not currently working or studying who want to get out into the community more.

Level 2

For those working or studying up to around 15 hours a week.

Level 3

For participants working, job-seeking, or studying 15 or more hours a week.

Transport linked to a support service can often be drawn from your Core or Capacity Building budgets. The NDIS generally won’t fund everyday public transport fares, trips for family or carers, or travel another service is already responsible for. Funding rules change and every plan is different, so we’d always encourage checking the specifics with your plan manager or support coordinator.

Getting around, made one less thing to worry about.

Transport with us works best for people who feel calmer with a familiar driver, who’ve found public transport or rotating providers stressful, and who want getting around to feel simple and safe.
